A full refund will be given for any defective products returned within 30 days of shipment. During the months of December and January, this window is expanded to 60 days to account for holiday gifts. Upon inspection of the item, if the item is found defective, shipping costs will also be refunded.
Items that are return without defects must also be returned within 30 days (60 days during the months of December and January) and will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. These items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Returns can take up to six weeks to process. Please call us at 201-653-4414 or email support@bigflysports.com and ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any merchandise. Returns may be delayed or lost if a RMA # is not assigned.
